Basics
What does a lease broker do?
We shop your car across dealerships, negotiate the numbers, and send you one clear quote. You skip the dealer-by-dealer haggling.
Which brands do you lease?
Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, BMW, Audi, Lamborghini, Bentley, Land Rover, Maserati.
How do I reserve a deal?
Open any deal on the Current Deals page and hit reserve. Someone from our team calls you to confirm the details.
Can I trade in my car?
Yes. Send your VIN through the trade-in page and we send a complimentary appraisal within 24 hours, ready to apply toward your next lease. There is no obligation to trade in.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Luxe Concierge LLC is a licensed auto broker, California DMV Lic. No. 13866. We work for you, not for one dealership.
What languages do you speak?
Our team speaks English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Farsi, and Arabic.
Where are you located?
6644 Van Nuys Blvd Unit C, Van Nuys, CA 91405. Call (714) 683-4184.
When are you open?
We are open 24/7. Call (714) 683-4184 or email info@theluxconcierge.com any time, and a person replies as soon as they can.
Payments and fees
What is the drive-off?
It is everything you pay at signing. Every deal on this site lists it next to the monthly payment, so you can compare deals on the same basis.
What is in the amount due at signing?
Usually the first payment, the acquisition fee, dealer and broker fees, registration and DMV fees, taxes, and any down payment. Two deals with the same monthly payment can have very different drive-offs, so always compare both.
How is the monthly payment worked out?
Depreciation plus a finance charge, plus tax. Depreciation is the negotiated price minus the residual, divided by the months. A lower price, a higher residual and a lower money factor all push the payment down. You can play with the numbers in the calculator in the leasing guide.
What is a money factor?
It is the lease interest rate. Multiply it by 2,400 to get the rough APR: 0.00250 is about 6%.
What is residual value?
What the lessor expects the car to be worth when the lease ends, shown as a percent of MSRP. You pay for the gap, so a higher residual means a lower payment. The lessor sets it, not the dealer.
Approval
Do I need to apply for credit?
Yes. Every lease needs credit approval. Start from the Apply menu in the site header.
What credit score do I need?
Lessors reward strong credit. The best rates often start somewhere around 700 to 740, depending on the lender, and a lower score can still be approved at a higher money factor. Approval is always the lender’s call.
Lease end and mileage
How many miles do I get?
Most deals on this site include 7,500 miles a year, and each deal lists its own. 10,000, 12,000 or 15,000 are common upgrades. If you are close to the line, pick the higher allowance. Miles bought up front cost less than miles billed at the end.
What happens when the lease ends?
You return the car, buy it for the price in your contract, or turn it in and lease another. Returns can carry a disposition fee plus charges for extra miles and damage beyond normal wear.
Can I get out of a lease early?
Often, but it can be expensive. You may owe the remaining payments or the gap between your payoff and the car’s value. Ask for the early termination terms before you sign.
